Shipping policy
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- US Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days
- Canada Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-30 business days
- US Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Selecting Priority Shipping speeds up the shipping transit time only and does not reduce or expedite production time. Production time is generally approximately 1-3 business days but can take a maximum of 7 business days.
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been shipped. However, if you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you find a solution and assist with the claims process if needed.
